Hi, I’m Leon, a personal trainer based in Reading with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m passionate about helping people build lasting, healthy habits and achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals.
I work with a wide range of clients—from those just starting out to people looking to take their training to the next level. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve your general fitness, or simply move and feel better, I’ll create a plan that’s tailored to you. I also work with older clients looking to improve strength and mobility, as well as busy professionals who want to stay healthy and look after their bodies long term.

You can train with me at LivingWell Health Club in Reading, and there’s no need for a gym membership. Whether you’re based near Green Park, Kennet Island, or elsewhere in Reading, I offer flexible options from one-off sessions to full personal training programmes, all tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
